Pastacup

Giving one star as I’m very disappointed with both the food and the customer service from the store. Me and my friend ordered pasta and they mixed up our pastas and the sauce. Now as I had a chili pasta, my friend didn’t really want to eat it but we had already driven home so we weren’t going to drive back. We called up and told them about the mistake to which they told us that they would replace it for us the next time we came in. When I went in the next time roughly 3 weeks later, they told me that no my name was not on any file and that I had to have come within two weeks to be able to get my refund. This is ridiculous. I was not ever informed about a time limit of having to claim back my refund when they’ve messed up my meal. After this boss/owner of the store argued with me for a while he then said he would try and chase up with the employee who said they would give me the refund and will get back to me. I’ve heard nothing back from them. I am never going there again to waste my money because if they mess up your order, they definitely won’t replace it.

Been at this awesome place called Pasta cup, 3rd time visit and never disappointed.Ordered Creamy marsala and Carbonara perfect pasta with creamy sauce and balanced with all the ingredients, also very friendly staff. Highly recommend this place.

Awesome pasta finger liking good after a long time I had a good pasta price is reasonable. Staff is super friendly. Palce is highly recommended for family and friends

Why doesn't pastacup have garlic bread anymore? I ordered pasta and garlic bread one week ago so it was available a week ago. But last night when I went to order online, no garlic bread on the menu at all. This was at the Canning Vale store, I checked other stores and it seems like none of them are doing garlic bread anymore. Is there a reason for this? I didn't order last night because I really wanted garlic bread and not even any substitute, like cheesy bread or any other type of bread. A bit disappointing!

I generally love pasta cup but was a bit underwhelmed when we picked a family spaghetti Bolognese after a long drive, there was hardly any minced meat in it and overall felt like a very cheap meal - most of it got left uneaten.I've also ordered the Atlantic dish, it had generous serving of salmon - which I appreciated - but almost no spinach...Edit: a copy-paste reply over a year later, and with no substance to it, does not make me feel any better about the experience, nor does it look like you guys care at all. Changing from 2 star to 1 star.

Strategic location, standard restaurant but comfy. Awesome sauces and pasta. They have a great Mac and Cheese! A must try.. remind me of hometown

Wonder Staff and really quick service and good price highly recommended. Lastly the food was amazing the best thing they put a fork in there...very handy when staying at a hotel.

Haven't been here in a few years, good to see the pasta here is still great.Pity the marsala creamy sauce has left the menu, it was our favourite before. However there are some new sauce options here too now, including mixed creamy/tomato sauces.
